Ingredients

1 ½ flank steak, trimmed of excess fat

1 bottle of GOYA mojo Criollo or any of your choosing

A ½ nicely chopped white onion

A ¼ freshly chopped cilantro

2 limes, one cut to slices and other squeezed out for juice

¼ salt

A table spoon of corn oil

Step-1 : Perfectly slice your steak to ½ pieces or to a slice that you like and place them in a big round bowl.
